This Privacy Policy explains how Coadia, Inc. (“Tokei Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit clockdrawingtest.com, use our online clock drawing test at app.clockdrawingtest.com, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the “Services”).

What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information we collect through our marketing website, our clock drawing test application, and emails we send to you. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that link to ours — those have their own policies.

What the clock drawing test is, and isn’t. The clock drawing test is a screening tool. It is not a medical diagnosis, and our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are concerned about your or a loved one’s cognitive health, consult a licensed clinician.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter on clockdrawingtest.com.
• Test submissions — including the drawing you create, any name or email you provide for receiving results, and any metadata about how you took the test (time, device type, browser) — when you use the clock drawing test app.
• Communications you send us, including emails to our support address.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and interaction data, collected through standard web analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies used by us or our analytics providers (Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics) to understand site usage and improve performance.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Deliver your test results and related communications you’ve asked for.
• Send the occasional newsletter when you’ve subscribed, and confirmation emails for subscriptions you’ve started.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Monitor the security of the Services and prevent misuse.
• Analyze usage patterns — in de-identified, aggregate form — to improve the clock drawing test, develop educational content, and advance research into cognitive screening. De-identified means the information cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers

We work with third-party service providers who process information on our behalf, under contractual obligations to use the data only to provide services to us. Current providers include:

• Vercel — website and application hosting
• Resend — transactional email and list management (newsletter signups, test result emails, confirmations)
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — site usage analytics
• Ahrefs Web Analytics — site usage analytics

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Coadia, Inc., our users, or the public.

Business transfers

If Coadia, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections described in this policy.

Aggregate and de-identified data

We may share de-identified, aggregate information — statistics about test-taking patterns, for example — with the public, in published content, or with research collaborators. This information does not identify individuals.

How long we keep information

• Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
• Test submissions (including the drawing and any identifying information you provide) are kept until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@clockdrawingtest.com.
• De-identified aggregate data may be retained indefinitely. Because this data cannot be linked back to you, it is not subject to deletion requests.
• Server logs are retained for approximately 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s defaults (Google Analytics retains event-level data for 14 months).

Your rights and choices

Everyone

• Access. You can ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal information. Some information may be retained to the extent required by law.
• Unsubscribe. You can stop receiving newsletters at any time by replying to any of our emails with “unsubscribe” or emailing support@clockdrawingtest.com.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” right does not apply to any activity we currently conduct.

EU, UK, and other international residents

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under local law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Our lawful bases for processing include your consent (for newsletter subscription), the performance of a contract (to deliver test results), and our legitimate interests (to improve the Services and prevent abuse).

Our servers are located in the United States. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the Services are used. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies from third parties, and we do not participate in cross-site ad tracking.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some features of the Services may not work correctly without cookies enabled.

Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@clockdrawingtest.com and we will promptly delete it.

Health information

Coadia, Inc. is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and the Services are not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information you submit through the Services is therefore not regulated under HIPAA. Nevertheless, we treat test submissions as sensitive and apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and periodic review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
